Site grading and drainage, Foundation, Fences and Gates, Structure, Roof, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Cooling, Insulation, Cabinets, Doors, Windows, Walls, Ceilings, Built-In Appliances, Smoke Detectors and Pool/Spa Equip. (optional) with experience and common sense about potential future concerns as well.

How long does the inspection take?

Generally, home inspections require 1 1/2 - 2 hours.  Condos take less time while larger homes or additional services (i.e. pools) need additional time to thoroughly evaluate.
