| I have been licensed (# IOS.0000868-RES) in the State of Nevada over 8 years and now licensed in Texas (20577). My inspections exceed the requirements outlined in the State of Nevada and Texas Standards of Practice and comply with the Nevada Revised Statutes. We are available to our clients after they have reviewed the inspection report to answer all questions. We also recommend only using State of Nevada or Texas licensed, certified, and insured professionals for any repairs that are identified. We understand that schedules are often time sensitive and we are available 7 days per week to accommodate your needs. Please provide us with ample advance notice to ensure schedule availability. You will receive a printable report via e-mail with photos within 24 hours of the inspection in a .pdf format. Printed copies are available upon request. Privacy Policy. We do not maintain, sell, distribute, or compile any client information. No client information is kept on any active network device. Information is placed on a hard copy for files (per NRS Statutes) and on removable media for retrieval purposes only. All files are placed in a secure location that is only available to the Inspector. |
