About the Inspectors

Welcome.  My name is Lee Taylor and I am the owner of Valley Property Inspections, LLC.  I
have been a resident of Las Vegas since 1993.  After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, I
worked as an electrician while obtaining my degree in Electronics.  I have also worked in
areas of construction which include swimming pool construction, roofing, framing, plumbing,
and Telecommunications and have over 340 hours of formal construction education.  The
knowledge and experience gained from these areas of craftsmanship and acting in a
technical support capacity gave me the desire to become a Home Inspector.

I have been licensed as an Inspector of Structures in the State of Nevada since 2004, and I
am a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Professional Property Inspectors.  We
have monthly meetings in Las Vegas that provide continuing education courses and discuss
unique issues that are discovered and current industry standards.  This sharing of
knowledge coupled with remaining current with the latest trends allows me to better serve
my clients.  I have over 360 hours of formal training and performed well over 2,000
inspections throughout the Las Vegas Valley on commercial and residential properties.  I
give back to our community through volunteer work, such as being a part of the Extreme
Makeover Home Edition team.



Jeffrey Grober has trained and supervised technicians on commercial projects such as
airports and fire station facilities.  Jeffrey has performed duties as a liaison between
engineers, contractors, project supervisors, and clients.  Jeff holds the following
certifications: NICET (level 3 construction and level 2 exploration), Clark County Building
Department Approvals (Item G levels A-D, and Item R), OSHA 30 Certified, City of Las
Vegas Approvals (Grading all soil types, Deep Foundations, and Drilled Shafts), and
Nuclear Gauge Use and Safety Training.

Paul Sanucci is a 33 year resident of Las Vegas and he has been associated with several
major home builders as project manager supervising all phases of new residential and
multi-family home construction. He has blended his extensive knowledge of construction and
customer service into the desire to become a Home Inspector and has completed many
residential home inspections. Paul is a licensed State of Nevada Inspector of Structures, in
addition he has attended numerous employer sponsored courses, programs and seminars
including Project Management, O.S.H.A. 30-Hour Certification, First Aid / CPR Training, Air
Quality Dust Control Certified and attends continued education programs sponsored by the
State of Nevada. Paul is also a member of GLVAR (Greater Las Vegas Association of
Realtors). His use of a Supra E-key can assist in time management for his clients. Paul is
dedicated to applying his knowledge and expertise to ensure the client and the agent is fully
informed about the subject property.
